Sculpted 3D cakes start at $300 for simpler designs and range to $650+ for complex multi-element sculptures. Standard birthday cakes range from $250 to $650+ depending on size, design complexity, and serving count. If you're looking for a grocery store price, we're not the right fit — and that's okay.
How to Order Your Custom Birthday Cake
Ordering is straightforward. Here's how it works:
1. Fill out the order request form at mybakingcreations.com/order-form. Share your event date, approximate guest count, theme ideas, and any inspiration photos you have.
2. Consult with Yana. Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive custom design sketches with pricing. There's no commitment at this stage — the sketch is part of the process. You review, request changes, and approve when the design is exactly right.
3. Approve and lock in your date. Once you approve the design, a deposit secures your spot on the production calendar. Your cake is then hand-crafted from scratch over the following days.
Lead time matters. We typically book 2–3 weeks in advance for custom cakes, and weekend dates fill quickly. For sculpted 3D cakes, 2–4 weeks is recommended. Order early — especially for Saturday celebrations.
