How far ahead should we order for a conference?
One week minimum. Over 500 cookies, make it two — that's what it takes to match your exact brand colors and print high-resolution logos on every single piece. Conference dates don't move; order the day the booth is confirmed.
Hand-piped or printed — which is right for a giveaway?
Printed edible-image cookies give pixel-perfect logo reproduction and consistent results at booth scale — that's the giveaway workhorse. Hand-piped royal icing is the premium option for the shortlist: VIP clients, speakers, the people you actually want to remember you.
Can you deliver straight to the venue?
Yes — we hand-deliver to venues throughout San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and San Jose, individually wrapped in event-ready packaging so your booth staff can set up without a project plan. Printed cookies also ship nationwide for out-of-town shows.
Can our procurement team handle this like a normal vendor?
