How far in advance should I order an office birthday cake?
Everything is baked to order, so a week ahead is comfortable and 1–2 weeks is ideal for large or complex designs like sculpted or photo cakes. Birthday snuck up on you? Rush orders with same-day delivery are available for Bay Area offices — call and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for your date.
Do you deliver birthday cakes directly to offices?
Yes — we hand-deliver cakes and cupcake towers to offices and venues throughout San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and San Jose. The cake arrives presentation-ready; nobody has to assemble anything in the break room.
Can the cake be themed to the birthday person?
That's the point of ordering custom. Hobbies, favorite colors, gaming setups, wine habits, even an edible photo of the person — the cakes pictured above were all built that way. Send us what the team knows about them and we design around it.
Can we set up recurring birthday orders for our team?
Yes. Send us your team's birthday list once and we deliver on the right day every time — no calendar reminders, no last-minute grocery store runs. It's the easiest way an office manager can look like a hero twelve times a year.
How does payment work for company orders?
We accept purchase orders, invoices, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Zelle, and we provide W-9s and itemized invoices for procurement teams — with Net 30 terms for established accounts. One less thing between you and cake.
