• A deposit may be required to secure your order date.
• Final pricing is confirmed after consultation and depends on design complexity, size, and servings.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how far into production the order has progressed.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All content on this Website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of My Baking Creations and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

• Pickup is available at our Daly City location at the scheduled time.
• Delivery availability and fees vary based on location and order size.
• Once a product is picked up or delivered, My Baking Creations is not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or storage.
