Delete inside the app

1. Open WiM and sign in.
2. Open Settings → User Profile.
3. Tap Delete my cloud account and data and confirm.

The deletion is immediate. It removes the Firebase Authentication account, synced profile, cloud session backups, purchase-entitlement binding, and WiM purchase-token hashes.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google address used with WiM. Put WiM account deletion in the subject. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion.

What remains

• Local app data remains on the phone until you clear WiM storage or uninstall it.
• Google Play purchase and payment records remain with Google as required by Google and applicable law.
• Deleting the WiM account does not cancel WiM Cloud. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions.
